so heres my final product for now.
previously had just ome 881's w/ topout, 891's. new additions include 5% tint all around, 2"BL, 16x8 eagle alloys w/ 285 generic muds, sport hood, oem headlights w/ muranos w/ STi replica lenses, 50w aftermarket d2s kit w/ 5k bulbs (have gen3 matsuas on the side for when these crap out)

and the cutoff for those who want to see it

in the future id really like to get a set of sliders, but well see about that. lemme know what you think!

It looks like the mod that Ron S. did on his 4Runner years ago. The pictures don't work but you can see the write-up here.

thanks for the comments. the spaces under the headlights are just there because i didnt get around to putting the plates back on after painting. though the mod Ron S. did looks good, i think its too much work for minimal results imo. theres just too much "crap" behind there to allow easy and good airflow into the engine bay. i might just try to make my hoodscoop functional by cutting out the back and putting a removable "plate" there via velcro or something to help w/ underhood temps. well see how ambitious i am when i get back home though...

oh, and the first numbers are parts for the suspension lift, then the muranos are the projectors i went with, with a clear lens swap, plus a 50w hid kit in them. i also have a set of oem matsua gen 3 ballasts on the side for if and when those aftermarket ballasts crap out.

I like that look- though that pictured front end is a bit "busy" I like that intake look under the headlights. Thanks for the link.

First of all, your truck looks awesome!

I wanted to ask about the STi lenses, do you mean from a Subaru Impreza STi? Or is it a brand name for that part?

texantaco - the sti lenses are used as a clear replacement for the stock muranos/porsches fresnel lens. the originals are off jdm sTi's and the headlights will run you $600+ easy. the replicas are supposed to "replicate" their performance but at a much more manageable price. you planning a retro?
