Need Yota Tech Advice!!! Neeeed To Buy Relible Dd!

heres the dealo

the 2 rigs
1985 1 owner bj-70 3.4 natural aspirated diesel 300km
1991 hilux surf 2.4 turbo diesel 108km

the hilux is twice the price just under 10 grand.

but is more nice than a new truck.. just needs a fender flare fixed and a little touch up paint and the driver RIGHT HAND SIDE seat has a small rip as usual..

bj-70 apparently has rusty body pannels but no holes in the cab and oil sprayed yearly.. bought new in 85

the hilux was imported a year ago in april at 77km and has the updated head..

i need a truck that can atleast tow my runner to the trail 10-20 km each way.. either toyota can tow down a house but wont win any land speed records.. i drove the right hand drive surf today and loved driving on the right..easy to follow the curb, turn signal is on the oppisite sde.. the trusk turbo spooled amazing and it had so MUCH TORQUE the hard soft suspension was nice.. its a auto.. this truck has all the same parts as my other 3 yotas except engine so i can fix most stuff.

the bj-70 i would wheel and daily drive and sell my toyotas.. the surf i would keep most parts and sell some engines trannys...

WHAT WOULD YOU DO!!
what diesel engine would you choose the millliom mile 3b or the turbo 2lt SPOOOOOL PHHHSSSSSSSS the hilux will not be offroaded

Well for DD, I personally wouldnt go for a RH drive vehicle. This is only due to some visual things like checking before passing on the highway, left hand turns, and going through drive-throughs.
