MAJOR SCORE!!! Free 91 4.3 4x4 truck!!! what to do now?

Last night i heard from a friend of a friend that his neibor was giving away a single cab long bed 91 chevy with the 4.3 and a 5-speed, so i went to look at it and it was decent so i figured the motor was shot but i still thought for free i will take it, i mean even the core is worth that. so i go back the next day with a new battery so i could have lights as a buddy flat tows it to my house well put the battery in and wanted to hear it crank so i turned it over and it spuddered and died! i was like woah this thing wants to run, then i talk to the owner for a while and he told me he parked it before winter and went to start it this summer and it wouldn't start. so i hooked up to my friends truck and he pulled me two blocks to his car lot. after playing with it and pouring some gas down the intake and hearing it run perfectly smooth, i decided to go to napa and get a fuel filter. i put in the fuel filter drained the old gas and drove it home!!!!!!

Now i have 100 bucks into a running driving truck!

The quandry comes because i just bought the parts to rebuild and beef up the 22r in my 84 and it is already in progress but i would love to put a 4.3 in it. but i also would like to have another truck to drive so the toy isn't my dd any more.

So i think the best idea i have is to finish my engine rebuild, put it in, fab up a lift over winter as i drive the chevy and then next summer look into a newer truck and sell off both 22r motors i have to buy the swap parts to fit the 4.3 in the toy and then part out my beater with a heater.

What do you guys think?

What is the best parts for this swap? any problems for peopkle who have done this? i have looked at a couple on here but dont really have time to read them all, phil's swap page took me forever to read!!

the truck has 250,000 miles but it still runs great andf has good compression. I feel it has been rebuilt because it runs tooo strong for a motor that is that high!

Well i didn't get any pics because i went out shooting in the toy and heard a wierd noise once i got off the pavement went to look and noticed the whole rear spring perch was ripped off the frame!!! i guess it is time to go to those chevy leafs!!

you do know my mullet motor is actually lighter than the 22re, and twice the HP and torque. And with chevy 350 components parts are way more available and less expensive. i could probably sell both my 22R motors and beable to buy all the swap parts i still need.

Toyota parts are non existant up here, everything is shipped from washington so motors are big$$$$
