Are all Toy 6 Lugs bolt paterns the Same?

I was gonna pick up these rims from a guy that knows a guy that has some 6 lug aluminum wheels.
yet the guy I know dont seem to know what year truck they came off of.

He says he thinks their like maybe a '96 truck or something & I have '80 axles.

So I ask are all Toy 6 lugs bolt circles the same?

Thats what I thought & why I have not bought them yet.

Well, they were all the same until they came out with the '07 Tundra ...

6 on 5.5 is what every other Toyota 4WD has used

I don't know about the 07 Tunda, but 6 x 5.5 has been the bolt pattern for a long freakin time.

Yep, should be 6 on 5.5. You might have to run wheel spacers though....

Check the backspacing.

Stock 15" IFS rims will not fit on straight axle rims. They WILL hit the tie rod.
Stock 16" rims will clear, but just barely.

If they are aftermarket rims, you will have to check the backspacing to be sure.

However, to answer your original question, all 79-06 Toyota 4x4's (except the 100 series cruiser and the LX470) use the exact same 6x5.5 bolt pattern. Not until the '07 Tundra did the bolt pattern change to a 5 lug, and even then only in the Tundra, Sequoia, 100-series cruiser, and LX470.

Basically, here are the 4x4's that carry that bolt pattern:

Truck from 79-95
Tacoma from 95-present
Tundra 00-06
4Runner 84-present
T100 93-98 (all)

To be clear, only 4WD and Prerunners have 6 lugs. 2WD have 5 lugs.

one more question to add. do the newer wheels have a big enough opening to clear the manual hubs?

They should match up, because "96' or newer (small) Pickups" are Tacomas.

But also be aware of the wheel openings for your locking hubs, as sixt5 pointed out. I am unsure about the opening size on the newer Toyotas, and could use some more clarification too.
