here is a link to Online Toyota Factory Service Manuals
You should be able to find the Wiring diagram for your 4runner in there.

As in finding them under the hood, or finding a replacement? Napa or whatever parts house has the replacements. For under the hood, do you know where the diagnostic port thingamajig is? It's in the fuse box next to the diagnostic port thingamajig on the passenger side of the engine compartment.

Yes, thingamajig is apparently a real word, it doesn't even come up on my laptop's automatic spellchecker...but spellchecker does?

You can buy those fuses at any auto parts store - I bought the 80a alternator fuse yesterday and it was about $2.50. To replace those fuses, you undo the 2 bolts that hold the fuse panel down under the hood, remove the bottom cover (2 clips), push down the clip on top of the fuseholder, and push it down through the bottom of the fusebox. Then, you take out the 2 screws holding the wires onto the fuse, put a new fuse in, put the screws in, and push it back in from the bottom.

What electrical problems are you having?
