1985 Toyota Xtra cab SR5 4x4 pickup truck (unmolested, bone stock)
- Fuel Injected 4 cylinder
- 5 speed manual transmission
- Manual shift 4x4, manual locking hubs, straight axle up front
- A/C, power steering, power brakes, tilt wheel, intermittent windshield wipers, tinted windows and bucket seats.
- Aftermarket single disc c.d. player
- 196,xxx miles.
- Truck is originally from Texas. Still has the inspection stickers on the windshield. Frame is PERFECT. Body is 95% perfect. Has a small spot of rust on the tailgate lower lip and the usual minor dings from the parking lots.
- New starter, all four new injectors, new throttle position sensor, new knock sensor, new clutch, throughout bearing, pilot bearing and flywheel, tune up
- The carpet has been removed and the floor board has been covered in four coats of black Herculiner.
- Truck runs very well, been getting about 21 mpg
- I wouldn't hesitate to drive this truck to California and back. It'll hold 80 miles per hour on the freeway and will pull most hills without needing downshifted out of overdrive.
- The only minor issues with this vehicle are that the A/C doesn't work (belt is missing and I don't care to use A/C), the windshield moulding is not installed (I have the molding but have not installed it. The windshield does not leak) and the black molding between the drivers side door and Xtra cab window is missing. Otherwise everything is good.

On the A/C, does it just need a belt and some servicing to get it to be functional again?

E-mail sent. Thanks for the ineterest. I haven't put much effort to it, but I don't think the A/C needs more than a belt and a recharge. But, I can't promise anything. The belt was gone when I purchased it and I don't see the need for A/C on these little engines.
