90 4runner blowing turn signal fuses

so the other day i was driving the 90 4runner and went to change lanes and turned on the signal it flashed then all of a sudden stopped i pulled over looked at fuse sure enough it was blown then i put a new one in and i turn the signal on again and about 30 seconds into flashing it blows again and i repeat same thing obviously i have a short somewhere but where?

start by replacing the bulbs. sometimes the filaments get loose when they are old and this causes the fuse to blow.

bulbs all look good are the rear backup lights on the same circuit?

so any ideas where i should look now when i put in a fuse the hazards dont work at all should i look there first? also the horn doesnt work? is all this on the same circuit?

screw it and hard wire everything u dont need fuses no dont do that jk u really do hope u have fun finding those electrical gremlins

so i popped the hood and the horn/hazard fuse was blown also so i put a new fuse in both locations and now it seems to be working fine weird

if it intermittently blows fuses in the future...reread that link I sent earlier. Hopefully this was just a fluke, but mine was 2 loose ground wires, so they worked for a while, then *poof*....another fuse. Hopefully you squished the gremlin.
