Ok, so I've got an 87 P/U with a carb on it. My brother borrowed it this weekend to go down to the creek and managed to drain the battery. Unfortunately, he reversed the polarity on the battery when he attempted to jump it.

It's getting fuel, but not getting any spark. The 60 amp main fuse was blown so I replaced that. Also swapped the igniter assembly and the distributor pick-up coil and still nothing. Not exactly sure where to go from here, any advice appreciated, thanks!

 

Did you test the battery?

 

Yeah, I've got a good battery in there right now and it's hooked up to my battery charger which has an engine start function.

So I've got two relays in the fuse block, one's an emissions relay and the other is red and unlabeled. Anyone know the function of this guy?

Any other suggestions?
