alright this might be for everyone but im gonna finnally ask

my 4runner gas pedal feels like a rock and my car is basically slower than my dads 91 previa shuttle moon van is this normal

my car has horrid exceleration compared to it

i figured this was normal until i drove my dads van and it was faster than my

4runners are not supose to be fast. Its a truck engine and meant for torque and towing. The little 3.0's are not as fast as many people think. If its auto you maynot be getting its full power out either. Mine is the same why. Its a truck engine remember. Yotas are for strength and long life not speed. And uh you may just need a tune-up.

auto=slow as balls, im guessing 15 second 0-60.. SLOW....

I dunno, my 3.0 has some good get up and go when I need it.

Make sure the ECT button is on. I accidentally clicked mine off for one day, and was crying at the difference in power/acceleration.

Other than that, you may want to do the ISR mod, and might make a difference in your eyes. Did a little for me...

ya think thats bad..I have a 95gt mustang 5.0...then I drive the 22re with 31's and there sucha difference but then I remember its a truck and its not supposed to be faster than a geo metro lol
