Header for 3.slow?

I saw some of 3.0 V6 owner stated "Header" is the best investment for the slow engine.

Others says "don't waste any money on 3.slow and just deal with it"

I want to hear honest feedback from 3.slow owner with header installed.

I would like to keep 3.slow and want to see how far this engine goes. (current mile - 212K) but power is not enough.....
Now thinking about 3.4L or 4.3L GM swap or just deal with 3.slow with stress.

I did a K&N type air filter(on road) or OEM filter (on trail), 3" ID ISR,
Stock CAT, 2.5" pipe and flowmaster copy muffler.

Please let me know
1) Brand of header
2) how much? from which site or shop?
3) size of your exhaust system
4) CAT. OEM or hi-flow?
5) dyno checked ? or butt dyno?
6) Where do you feel most powr gain? stop 'n go? highway? up hill?
7) Is it worth it? or waste of $$$?

Thanks for your feed back.

I was told DOWNEY street legal header is the best in the market.
Is there any DOWNEY or other header users here?

3.0 and power can not be used in the same sentence. Please try to resubmit your question

3.0 mods are not worth the money. 3.4 swap is.

NWOR, 2.5", Hi-flow that burned out and is now an empty shell, lots of other mods.

Gains = very small

3.slow not worth the investment. Save for a swap.
