my runner didn't come with fog lights. Who has the best prices and will ship to Canada. They want crazy money here for a set.
Or is they aftermarket one that fit in the given holes on a 2002?

Those are hella units, search for fog lights....
there was a thread a while back about just what your looking for.

 

I've got a set without the bracket (brand new). You can easily fab your own. From what I understand, all SR5 models are prewired for fogs and all you have to do is install the fog and relay and you can scotchlock it underneath the steering wheel wiring. I also have a turn signal integrated foglight switch. PM me if you are interested. Iwant to get rid of them since I don't have a need for them after installing the TJM bumper.
