stuck wheel on 4runner

stuck wheel on 4runner
(1st post) i have a 95 4runner with auto hubs, the prev. owner cut the brake line on the passenger side and pluged it off because the caliper seized up and im trying to replace the seized brake caliper and replace the brake line but i cant get the wheel off, (probably why he didnt replace it)
i tried jacking it up turning the wheel all the way to the right and banging on the rim with a sledge hammer and a block of wood. but it wouldnt budge.
i have also been spraying the crap out of it with PB blaster.
then i read online that if that didnt work loosin the lug nuts and drive it back and forth till it became loose, when that failed i tried driving around the yard turning hard to put weight on that side but still is stuck to the hub.
anyone know any other tricks to doing this? sorry that was so long thanks for any info though fella's

I would try repeating the driving with the lug nuts loosened. Maybe see if you can drive up and over something (ramp, rock, log, block) with that tire to get a little extra force on it.

Mine were stuck on pretty good, I PB blasted mine too & used the loosen lugs & hard steer left & right while moving the vehicle method which worked for me. After that I took some fine grit sand paper to the hub & wheel & I'm now able to remove them with a rubber mallet & some wiggle/pull motions.

did you try jacking it up and making sure its secure and then hitting on the tire from the back with a sledgehammer? Works every time at work. Also when you hit it, hit one spot and then spin the tire a little and then hit the next spot and so on. It should pop off eventually haha.
One more thing, make sure you have someone there to "catch" it, sounds like with how stuck it is on there, when it finally pops off its going to FLY.

Ive never ran into this before but heres an idea.
If you have a Hi-lift or a Porta-power get it inbetween the tire/wheel and the frame up front and start jacking. Spin and repeat.
Just a thought.

I have that same problem when swapping my snow tires/rims, I use a long prybar the longer the better. Use it between the edge of your upper a-arm and the tire, rotate the wheel 1/8 to 1/4 and repeat this has always worked for me.

you may need to smack it from the backside for a half hour to get it to pop off...like busting rocks. you KNOW it's coming off, but each hit only breaks a few
hundredths of an inch each whack. leave 2 lugs nuts on it, all loose like, so the wheel doesn't
fly down the street
on a side note I didn't know the wheels could corrode weld themselves like that...

Spray 'er down with pb blaster, put lugnuts on a little loose
Find somewhere where the ground is loose (like a mud pit), put vehicle in 4wd
Go balls-to-the-wall through it, if its a stick shift up once it breaks loose, and ya should loosen 'em eventually.

i finally got it, thanks for all your guys help, i drove it off a few curbs lol with the lugs loose. then tore up some mud in 4x4 and it worked. it was really reallyyyy stuck. even after breaking it loose it took a good 5 min pulling on it side to side to get it off. but now i can finally get this rig on the road. thanks for all the help
