Are trailmaster lifts good?

I have the opportunity of getting a 4" trailmaster lift complete(minus the rear springs) for $250. Do you guys think it is worth it? Also what would be the best way to lift the rear?

Do pretty mild wheeling, mud, snow, some hills, mild trails!
