questions on spark plugs and rear window stutter

my rear window has began going up an inch ,stop, then go up an inch, stop ,then go up an inch ,stop.... The window motor is new as of a year and a half via oem yota.

also my 22-re seems to be acting weird.. i put in ngk plugs and it ran great for 2 months ... then it started stuttering and running bad..So i changed the plugs again which looked like crap. and it ran great again.... so in a few months im anticipating it to run like crap again.... Any ideas on where to start looking for this??? im Also getting only 400km to a tank 60bucks.. which i assume aint the best...it was e tested a few months ago and passed so i would assume it running alright?

I don't know how to convert the metric over to standard, so the mileage assessment doesn't mean anything to me at this point. But, for the window, run a search. There's loads of threads to answer those questions and give you some place to start looking. The plugs, though, would you describe what you saw. How did they look like crap?

umm well i think one cylinder was worse than the rest... white with some black burned spots... i never tried cleaning the plugs i just put new ones in...

im going to try the relay and cleaning the switch for my window too start but its really cold right now to be just changing random parts in hopes it would work...

could you tell me how many miles you get on a tank because i can convert from miles to km easily

you should be getting a bit better with the 22re than 400km/tank. i get close to that with my v6 auto in this weather. as for the plugs, check out some of the fsm links at the top of the page for possible solutions.

good luck.

Try useing NIPPION DENSO plugs this time they seem to be a better plug and don't seem to foul as much as NGK
