1972 Blazer 4x4. Restored, built, beautiful!
Willing to trade for 3rd gen 4runner.
I just took delivery of this 72' 1st gen Blazer this week. It was given to me as a trade for labor on a full turn-key 86' 4runner crawler that I am building. I don't have the title yet, but will sometime next week when the 4runner is done. I need the cash for a new project, so I am going to go ahead and sell this. I'd love to keep it, but I just can't justify such a big trail rig. I want to build a 3rd gen 4runner, so this must go along with my 88' SAS'd 4runner.
Anyway, here are some specs on the Blazer:
1972' Blazer with 69' front grill.
It went through a frame off restoration starting 5 years ago that was finished 3 years ago. Since then its seen around 7,000 miles.
7K on a GM Goodwrench crate 350. Build to 290hp
Rebuilt TH350. Lokar shifter
Rebuilt NP205.
Front D44 with Detroit Tru-trac 4.56s
Rear 12 bolt & 4.56s.
New exhaust 2.5 into 3". Very throaty.
Poison Spyder highsteer
Vintage Air A/C add on ($1200 upgrade alone)
New 37x12.5x15" MTRs
new driveshafts
STC soft top
48 Gallon aftermarket fuel tank
6" Skyjacker lift(full springs, no blocks)
2" Body lift.
new carpet kit(just installed)
Tuffy center console
one very UGLY front bumper and a few more little items like some trim pieces and some solid black interior door panels.
Overall this rig is in very good condition.
The tub and floor boards were full replaced and then Lizard Skin bedliner was added into the tub. It has two new quality bucket seats. No clue who makes them. Doesn't currently have a rear seat, but I will include a Ford Aerostar 3rd row seat that folds flat into a bed. It just needs some brackets fabbed for it.
The rig was painted with the 2000 Chevy Platinum color. No dents at all and it was a quality paint job. One place where I have seen a few bubbles of rust forming right behind the driver's side door. Its about the size of a quarter. Frame is in great shape.
It runs perfect, no leaks, and drives really well on the road. Its got power disc brakes up front, power steering, Vintage Air A/C added that blows cold, and a bitchin dash mat :flipoff2: (dash is not cracked either).

I'm going to ask $10K for it considering everything that is done to it and since its a classic. I'm sure it would fetch at least that on Ebay or more.
Located in Windsor, CO. Sorry no trades unless its a 1999+ 4x4 4runner Sport.
