anyone live in fresno and want to hit up marlin crawler for me?

i need a shifter seat bushing but they want almost $30 to ship it via ups. it seems like this is a product that could be mailed in an envelope for a thirty cent stamp.

anyone live near there and feel like taking 10 minutes to swing by the shop, pick one up for me, and throw it in an envelope? i'll give you a few bucks for your trouble, of course

edit: i tried emailing them a few times about cheaper shipping but got no response, so that's out...

He's getting it shipped to Canada though, little more $$ for that.

yeah, especially since the website wants to ship it UPS, so not only is it like $28 to ship, they'll charge me $75 in brokerage fees when it gets here. i loathe UPS.

i just got off the phone with a guy there and he says they can ship USPS but it's a special arrangement and will cost just as much as shipping UPS. so i guess that means my original offer still stands.

Sorry I didn't notice you were up in Canada. That pretty much sucks that they want to charge you to take it to the post office. I guess that's just being in a bigger city and not wanting to have to drive 20 minutes all the way across town to the post office.

I too would help but Wisconsin isn't anywhere near Marlin's.

Hello I am new to the toyota world and was looking for the same shifter parts as you, but Marlin Crawler is just down the street from me. I can pick them up tomorrow, and drop them in the mail but I know it would not be a simple stamp. If you send your postal code I can get you a quote for shipping (I would say around 2-3 bucks).

Way to pitch in! You're definitely putting your karma on the right foot; maybe when you're in need someone can help you out in return.

Hey, I got mine shipped UPS from marlin, they charged no fees when they delivered it. Not worth enough. My clutch... well... 85 bucks in fees when I got it.. Stupid UPS! I would always go with USPS if they didn't take a month to get my package, and didnt always manhandle the heck outa it.
