I have been having this problem for a while. I figured it was just "cleaning" being done by moderators to keep the boards un cluttered. But it is really irritating me now. I have had to repost the same classified add 4 times here now over the span of the last few months. I do not have time to check this website every day thus i check it once or twice a week. It seems like after a week or two my add gets deleted, thus I have to repost it again, and again.

On sites like PBB and marlin crawler ect, my add will fall back a few pages, then I bump it up, and it falls back. But it never gets deleted until I ask the mods to remove it.

I am just wondering WHY my post keeps getting deleted because I am getting tired of reposting it over...and over. Obviously my isnt going to sell with the snap of a finger, it takes time to sell parts so I would like to be able to leave my post on here for a long time without fretting about wether or not its going to be there the next time I log on.

 

There should be no posts from here disappearing at all.
The only ones I have deleted have been my own.

 

Well I just looked again, just to be sure but my post is not there. I have posted a for sale add on the "Misc stuff (Vehicle related)" board 4 times and of the two pages it is no where to be seen. If you arent deleting them where are they going? Now I am just baffled.

I saw multiple threads from you, just by doing a search of your posts. They're still there.

 

None of your posts have been deleted...there are (3) on the same topic with almost identical wording.

I'd suggest searching your username for "threads started" if you "lose" your threads again.

Okay, so what is up with yotatechs boards? Why can I only see 2 pages on the Misc Stuff (vehicle related) board? When I do an advanced search I see all my prior posts. But searching the boards manually yields no results. Not used to this "dissapearing to search only" function. Sorry, I didnt realize posts magically went to this hidden realm until searched for it.

I would suggest subscribing to your for sale threads using the forum tools so that way you can get an email when someone posts a reply...

 

Check your "display options" at the bottom left corner of the page. My guess is you'll see one of the boxes says something like "last month". Change that setting to "last year" or "beginning" and you'll have all the older threads show up.
