Did a tune up, now I have a miss

I bought my truck with 130K last week. This weekend I put a timing set, cap, rotor, plugs and wires. I also adjusted the valves just a tiny turn past spec. When I took the plugs out they were at a worn out .056 gap. I gaped the new plugs at .034, but it seems the next time I started the truck right after I did the plugs, which was the last thing I did, the truck has a slight miss at idle. Fine power through out, but just that slight occasional miss at idle. PLEASE HELP!!

Your sure its a miss and not an exhaust leak? Put the vehicle underload in par and see if it still makes it, then drive a bit and check. Look for exhaust leaks too..

I would duble check you have the correct firing order and installed everything properly as well.
