MN winter and no heat

So i think the blower in my 91 runner is out. I checked the fuses behind the glove box and they were fine. if i leave it set to fresh air I can feel warm air come thru the vents but the blower wont work. I have no idea what it could be. also the light on the AC button wont come on(dont know if these things are related)
I have to get this fixed quick as its already very very cold here in the Twin Cities

yea it definately sounds like a fuse or main circuit problem if the ac isn't lighting up either

You might want to pick up a 12v electric blanket for about $30 if you can't figure it out.

Blower

Do you know if you have power at the blower ?, if you can find the wires going to the blower, turn the heater on and use a test lite or voltmeter. If its got power, then your blower is fried. You could (if you isolate the motor wires) ohm out the motor, to see if its shorted, open, or good. I shouldn't be open and it shouldn't be a dead short ( a little resistance is good ).
