LCE Headers on a manual? Anyone done this yet?
The title speaks for itself - anyone install LCE headers on their 3vze manual 4runner or truck yet? Pictures?

CanToy - I'm mainly curious about clearances/exact routing - things like that. How things line up - what lines need to be moved - those types of things.
The other thing I"m curious about for those with stock-ish rigs is did anyone need to pull any studs to get the headers in there or to get them on? (I would use the stock studs). I saw your thread when you got them but I guess I need to see an IFS rig preferabily with no body lift.

I don't need no stinking extra clearance. As soon as you add clearance, you need bigger tires. As soon as you add bigger tires you need to re-gear. As soon as you re-gear you start adding body armour and sliders. Then you start thinking about lockers. And a winch and custom front and rear bumpers with multiple recovery points. And the next thing you know you are several thousand dollars in debt and all you got to show for it is some trail damage! It's really a vicious cycle.
I just plain old want a bit more pep for some towing performance on the Coq. and around town depending on what type of boat I get. Plus the extra mileage would be welcomed although I know my truck gets pretty decent mileage for what it is (usually 17-20 MPG depending on city versus highway)>

This might not be of much help... but a set of Downey headers fit easily on my 3VZ. I have a SAS, no body lift. Came close to the fuel lines on the PS, but have had no issues. I did shield them just in case though.
