I wana swap for a 22r

ive got a 94 4runner 3.0 v6 2wd and i wana swap that for the 22r..is it possible without haveing to move the mounts?

wont there be an issue with SMOG or emissions testing? Given you screen name i am taking it your from Cail.... i am not sure if they will let you go from the F.I. .3.0 to a carbed 22r. If you are wanting the 22RE (EFI) that might be a different story
