Blower motor inop?

Here is the deal I have a 1988 toyota truck 22re. I recetly replaced the under hood fuse block due to a hack job done by the previous owner. Now the blower motor is not working and the Charging and Brake light stays on. from what i've found through searching is that if I get the blower working the charge light and Brake light should go out. The Chilton book I'm using does not have a very detailed wiring diagram. I've checked all the fuses and tried a new relay with no success. I am hoping that someone will know what to do or have a wiring schematic they could send me, because winter is on it's way and I need heat
Thanks
Randy

Does anyone have any Idea. I think there may be a problem with the fusable link coming from the alternator to the fuseblock, but would the truck still run if that was the case? Also does any one have a pic of the fusable link i'm not sure what i'm looking for?

There should be some wiring diagrams on here:

Sounds like you have some wiring messed up.

Try this from the FSM , scroll down to second page , very nice diagram for heater and control relays :

http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/1993/body.../2powersou.pdf

This is the link to the '93 FSM (covers '88-'95 approx.)I got that link from :

http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/1993/index.html

And here is the home page link for specific FSM's for diff. models and years :
