'91 p/u parts interchangeable with '92Runner?

As the title asks, are front end parts idler/pitman arms, cv's, balljoints etc interchangeable from a '91p/u to a '92 4Runner. They are both 22RE 5spd if that has any bearing at all. That 4Runner I was looking at getting has older parts then my year old front end of my '91 p/u and want to change them over when needed...use the p/u as a parts truck. Possible?

Yes, front end parts should swap no problem. Only differences would be if one is ADD and one manual hubs, then some fo the front diff/axle parts would be different. Also front sway bar is a little different between the pickup and 4Runner.

That's good to know. I've spent so much money on the p/u and will never get $ back out of it. We're really looking into getting a 4Runner though. Just don't want to waste more money...truck has 324,000kms and the 4Runner has 158,000kms so lots of life.
