Can someone tell me what they think a burning smell thats somewhat faint coming from my AC after hard offroading might indicate?? Thanks, guys.

Could be the AC compressor starting to sieze, causing the belt to slip on the pulley and burn. Check your belts right away for any glazing or cracking...

Is this with AC on or off?

Off, maybe AC pulley clutch. On, maybe a leak getting on something hot or .

The slipjoint in the driveshaft on my 91 usually spits a little grease out during a good off road workout-then it spins it on the cat for that faint burning smell.
