I'm looking for a power antenna off a 90-95 4Runner.

Thanks,

I just have a stationary one, which is loose. I want to replace it with a power one, if thats possible, so when I'm wheelin in the woods I can just put it down.

power antenna swap in

you might need to get a power antenna relay too. there's a plug for it under the dash near the steering column.

Thanks for the info, I'll need the relay too. What do you mean by "plug under the dash near the steering column," there should be a spot to plug a relay in?

power antenna relay

yes - there should be an electrical connector somewhere under your dash that the relay plugs into

Ditch the POS electrical one and go with a fixed mast. There are part #'s under a write up in the tech section. I went through 3 power ones before I wised up.

I have a fixed mast antenna currently. The thing is, it's loose and I figured it would be better to have one I could put up or down when I needed.

Still looking, if anyone has the antenna parts let me know. I also need a 2nd Gen 4Runner tailgate, has to be rust free, and preferably black in color.

Joey - not to bring up a post from the dead, but I couldn't find that write up in the tech section. Do have it saved anywhere?

Thanks,
Chris

I wish it worked that way for me, anytime my radio or cd player was on the antenna was up, didn't know i could have bought a switch to make it stay down. I ended up breaking mine on a tree branch. I want to switch to a fixed one.
