Anybody beefed them up or modified them for a body lift? I'm getting ready to start the project, would like to have a plan before I strip the powdercoat and then start getting indecisive!

 

I am sure someone out there has doc on this type of stuff that would also be willing to give it out.

Steve at Sonoran Steel will modify your mounts to accomodate a body lift. However, I believe that's only if you have bought your TJM from him previously.

Might also want to check with BruceTS on UY. I know he has beefed up his mounting brackets. Again, I am sure others have too, so hopefully they will chime in

 

pm neliconcept, he got a shop to do it but his mounts were modded to accompany a 2" body lift
