Cool Free factory tweeters-from 99 Runner

If you have any use for the factory supplied tweeters they are yours for the cost of shipping.

Came out of a 99 4Runner SR5. Personally I would not bother to take the time to pull the door panel unless you are upgrading at the same time...but for free......

I went to a Polk db6500 component set and it sounds 300% better than the factory original cardboard pieces of crap.

Sloan-yes those are the ones from Crutchfield-I actually had Circuit City install them for me. They sound good in the mids and highs but the low end bass will never fool you into thinking it is a subwoofer.

Sloan-good mids and highs on the new Polks but they will not reproduce bass like a 5 x 7 or 6x9 can. In my opinion $149 is still about $20 too high, but it is in line with other componet setups of the 6 and 1/2 size .

drguitarm-yes tweets still available-I get $5.17 to your zip code also. (Business) Residence is $5 more... Be advised one tweeter's bracket to hold the wiring up and out of the way is now gone-I was going to throw them away....but stay in touch if interested.
