93 Pick-up 4x4 IFS
What, if any, suspension upgrades are available for the 86-95 IFS? I'm not doin any rock crawling, but I still want to be able to do some challenging stuff. I'd appreciate your advice/input.

Well you have your generic 4" bracket lifts.
Then you have your long travel kits, they are pretty dang pricy though.
There are lots of things you can to go get more travel or whatnot.

I'm rockin' a 3" body lift and a 4 inch IFS kit by Tuff Country I bought used from a guy who was doing a solid axle swap from a lifted IFS truck. So I have seven inches of lift on my '94 IFS pickup running 35's. It looks awesome. It's my daily driver so i kept the IFS for a better ride but it still does alright on the moderate terrain I take it on when I'm not working 300 hours a week.

i would say go with some 1.5in. ball joint spacers from 4crawler.com for the front and maybe 2" or 3" downey springs in the rear and slap on a set of 31's or 32's and you could run some good trails. After that if you really wanted a bigger tire you could try a 1" body lift.

challenging stuff
Note that I'm here in Arizona, and know most of the areas.
Around here, armor is the #1 most important thing to do first, IMO.
