cleaned tb and now the idle goes up and down.
like it says i took of my tb and cleaned it. it wasnt real dirty i put it all back together and now it idles it 1600 and jumps to 2000 and repeats that the whole time sitting there. im thinking its a vacuum leak but there is about 200 vacuum hoses under there. what do i do. this is problem #2 now and i need my truck bad and i have no money to put it in the shop. help!

You may have a vacuum leak, but the most likely cause is that you unclogged some ports which caused the idle to increase. The same thing happened to me when I cleaned mine. Recheck your vacuum lines and make sure they're at the proper ports and make sure they're not cracked or dangling.
Lower your idle to 800 RPM's and see how it runs. If it idles crappy at 800 RPM's, you probably have a vacuum leak. If it doesn't, then you're probably ok to leave it alone.

your idle is probably just too high. search for surging idle and similar

The big screw on top of the TB sets the idle speed (assuming 22RE) the little set screws only affect the throttle stops and you really don't want to mess with those. And none of them affect the mixture.
Idle speed too high:

Make sure the TPS is working right:

Hopefully you removed it while cleaning the TB, carb/EFI cleaner can eat up the TPS innards.
On some TBs, coolant flows through them, opening up the cooling system can cause air pockets to form. Get an air pocket around the ECU coolant temp sender and that can fool the ECU into thinking the engine is running cold and it'll try to bump up the idle and richen the mixture to warm the engine up.
