stoping that nasty turning sound

I know that it is a worn out stop that causes the sound, and nothing is being harmed when I am at full lock, but what can I do to put on the stop to make that sound go away? I was thinking grease, but that will just collect dust. Are you able to buy the OEM stop? part #?

and yes you can buy the oem part but I don't have the part # on me.

I grease mine with every oil change. They never act up.

You can also take them off. Unless your are doing serious off-roading, you'll never miss them.
