the systems allow fresh air to come in while driving. Does it still circulate while you are stopped?

I don't know of any vehicle that doesn't have air coming though them while at speed with the fan off. I mean, it's a vent connected to the outside, I'd think that's normal. All my vehicles do that....

flip the lever to recirculated(cabin) air and see if the airflow stops while driving.

No, only when I drive. I don't remember it ever doing this before.

X2 on that. I like to have is on fresh air while I'm cruising just for that reason. It lets a little bit of air flow in, but not a whole lot. Kinda like a super low speed.

Mine does this too as it gets warmer outside.

It's perfectly normal.
If you dont want it coming in, change the air switch from fresh to recirculate.... as previously mentioned.

yea, im pretty sure its normal. u may have never realized it b4, or maybe ur vents have never been pointed at u in a way that made it so u could feel it, but air usually flows through. certainly isnt a big problem or anything, right? i mean ,who doesnt want fresh air from outside?

If you don't like it - put the lever to recirculate.
