Question AC Relay need to be jumped on a 93 Pickup?

I have done an Air Conditioning recharge on the R12 system on my Ford Probe in the past. I have a bunch of R12 that I got from my wife's grandma's garage when she was moving (she asked me to throw it away).

Anyway when I did the recharge of the R12 A/C system on my Probe I had to install a jumper wire to trick the system into running the compressor while filling the system to get enough in . Is there a similar operation to be performed on my 93 Toyota pickup?

In case it matters (which I doubt) it's a 1993 Toyota 4x4 4cyl 22re.

And yes I did search and have been unable to find anything about this part of the process.

There is a jumper that can be installed to bypass the low pressure cutoff switch:

Not sure if that applies to recharging the system or not. A Factory Service Manual (FSM) would likely have that information.

Thanks. I tried looking by the light of the dome light last night but I couldn't find it. I'll have to look today after work.

Which fitting do I want to hook up to? There is a black one down by the compressor and there is a red one up near the firewall.
