Transmission Noise

I have a 95 4Runner with a 3in OME lift. Recently, I have been hearing a vibrating/grinding sound from the transmission. it usually occurs between 30 and 40 mph or it atleast intensifies. I can kind of hear it at higher speeds but it is not as loud. There has been no change in shifting or acceleration and the tranny fluid is full. What could be causing this noise?

Probably your rear u-joint talk to you because of the lift. You may need to get adj upper links to point the pinion at the transfer case a little more. You may also need to upgrade to a CV style joint on the trans side, I had to do that on my 95 runner.

Would a panhard rod drop bracket help with the angle of the driveshaft?

Do you not have one? It wont help the angle you need, but it will get your axle back where it should be, right now its probably offset and slightly crabbed.
