Opinions on 3vze HG Job/Parts list

Okay, so I've decided to have a shop do my new HG for 1st time after recall. Truck has 127K. I'll supply the parts and he will install for $1000. Plus he will give me a 1 yr gaurantee. Head work extra $440+/- from local machine shop (incl. press. test/shave heads, grind valves, install new valve seals, shim/adjust valves) depending what I need. Using all toyota parts except for Topline head bolts. New parts: Valve grind gasket set, timing belt, knock sensor & wire, water pump, radiator + hoses, all belts, O2 sensor, coolant temp. sensor, thermostat, plugs, wires. Parts: $800 +/-. Only other adds might be exhaust system and injector svc. Any thoughts on something I missed would be appreciated. Thanks.

not sure I could do a 3.4 in my area for that..plus the mods required..I would need about $400-$500 in tools alone to do the work above myself...could save about $150 if I went with enginbldr for the gasket set though instead of the oem. Not sure if engnbldrs set includes all gaskets from block up?
