Blinker Flasher Questions

I have a 1998 Tacoma and my Blinkers Don't Work. Left, Right, Hazard lights all don't work. The arrows on the cluster don't light up, not fast, not slow, not steady, not at all. I press the emergency light switch and still, nothing happens at all.

I've tried to find the flasher or the relay and can't seem to find either. It is possible they are completely missing! Any advice on what the problem could be, and where to find the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

A Factory Service Manual would show the location of the flasher relay.

In my '85 it is located behind the kick panel in the driver's side footwell.

On 4Runners the flasher relay is on the back of the fuse panel below the driver side dash. Check there.

Found It

It was missing! I found one and plugged it in. Everything works perfect. It is located on the back of the fuse panel. Thanks
