WATTORA Show & Shine
The WA. state chaptor of TTORA is putting on a Show & Shine event this Saturday in Auburn at Doxon Toyota.
There will be nicely built up Taco's, trucks, and 4Runners.
The event will run fron 10 am until 2 PM in the used car lot.
That lot will be cleared out do to an off site used car sale.
Come and see some nice rigs. There will be a few of us there with our rigs.
For those who can't make it, or out of the area, I'll be taking lots of pics.

I plan on being there the whole time!
It's a great opportunity to meet others with the same interests and passions. I would LOVE to see a lot of 4Runners mixed in with the Tacomas.
If you think you can make it, please post here or send me some e-mail (dread@wattora.com ) so that I can communicate back to WATTORA the expected numbers.

Hi Grimace. Are you going to be near the Everett factory, or Renton?
Renton is where I worked before the layoff.
Auburn is about 20 miles or so South of Seattle.
Very easy to get to Doxon's.
Just print out a Map Quest report from where you are going to be and plug in Auburn.
Auburn is know as "Little Detroit" for WA. state as there are more car dealers here than anywhere.
It's along the car dealer strip on the West side of the street.
They can also give you directions from where you are coming from.

It would be cool if you could make it. Mines all washed up for the event

This may sound stupid but does anyone have yotatech stickers on their vehicle... *ponders* now that I think of it I might print one of the left over static cling window sticker stuff I got at walmart and put it in my truck when I get it.

Ya that's a good idea. ODW has stickers. Hey Corey has this came up already? Also just curious how long it's going to take you to get your rig ready to be on "display"??
Cant wait to see the pics!!

As much help and ideas I've gotten here I am by all means going to put a decal on my truck somewhere when I get it (from what I hear now its supposed to be the last week in August). I got to thinkin though the static cling sickers I got are clear and I don't have or have ever seen an ink cartridge that prints white...
I printed this one but the black goes good with my blue neon that is inside the case.

Any sign shop could do a vinyl die cut transfer sticker in any font for cheap. I like the lower case. Just tell 'em how high to make the letters and total length. Computer cutter does the rest. Take 5 minutes.

In white letters on black tint. Should be under 10 bucks?
On my '72 Datsun truck, I had ... dogs love trucks... , white letters lower case on green tint...sweet.

Stickers we have thought about in the past.
I personally like a small type for the rear roll down window.
I have a color Club sticker on there now, and it looks good.
But a plain simple one with just the URL on it sounds pretty cool.
We'll need to discuss this more in another post and see what we can come up with.
But since I don't have one right now, I'll be handing out some business cards I made up a few months back.

That's my new neighborhood!
Glad I decided to take a look at this forum on another boring Friday. I just bought a house in Kent, so you can count on me showing up with Ol' White Lightning. Don't think she's in good enough shape to show though. Hope to meet a few of you.

Good luck to all. I know a fun time will be had by all. Good to know Yotatech will be represented!
