Question a few pic of my front bumper project

ok just a start stock bumper was hosed about 2 hrd of cutting and welding

the corners will be mitered back both pieces cut at a 15 degree to make a 30 degree corner will match the body andle well. goiing to cap the ends and us as an air tank boxed out for a winch most will fit have a 22 inch openin to go into

need to get some tubing to wrap lights and front grill

btw not serious into rock crawling more mudding figured the 6 3/8 od pipe would serve well for pushing as well

the weight factor about 135 pounds the ibeam bracket alone are about 8 pounds a piece.

wanted something unique most are small round tube or are square tube or fabed

something to set my self apart

thoughts comments suggetions

That thing is montstrous! I don't know if I'd trust the shackles though... I would maybe add some plate steel to give it some shape. As it is right now, it seems unfinished.

I'm sorry but that's too red neck for my tastes.
It would be fitting on a Chevy but not on a Toyota.

Ever thought of filling it with air? Looks like a good storage tank if sealed properly.

I agree with the above about using it as an air tank,It also looks like it could put a hurtin' on a Deer or two

I don't like it, but that doesn't matter. What matters is whether or not you're happy with it.

It should hold up fine.

that was my intentions will drill and tap an air fitting to it with a pressure relief valve / guage set up

for now was just going to fill it at the gas station

will figure out an on board air solution later
