I finally get my '85 4Runner off road! (pics)

Hmm, it's working for me. Anyway, nice looking runner! I really like the 1st gens. Looks like a fun area to play around on too, I love trails with some rocks

Nice write up. Jeeps break shafts and U joints on just about every trip I go on with them. Its just part of Jeeping I think.

The axles are designed for 28-30 inch tires. When guys put on 33s or bigger tires and don't upgrade the axles, shafts and joints and things snap pretty easily.
