hey guys, this is my first post...i've been on this site for awhile making much use of the search feature, but now i need some help. I ordered a fog light kit from Performance Products about three days ago, and I got an email today saying that the products have been discontinued. I called, and apparently Hella has stopped making them...they aren't even on Hella's site. Anyway, I've searched the web looking for other options because I don't want to spend the $200 or so PER light at the dealer but can't find anything...just wondering if they sold the kits exclusively or not...or if I just need to look for a used pair that someone's selling...thanks for the help, this forum's great!

 

your best bet is ebay, ebay has tons of them.

thanks elton...i've seen the burtman industries fog lights but i'm not a fan of the remote control that turns them on...i've already purchased a new headlight stalk with the fog light collar on it from northridge toyota so i'm wanting to use that...the only thing besides the fog lights that i lack is a relay...i have no idea about relays, can i just buy one from an automotive store or do i get it from a toyota dealership or what? the lights on ebay don't come with the relays...thanks again

 

that's exactly what i'm looking for aowRS...however, the only make-specific kind they have says "Micro DE Fog Lamp Kit, Toyota 4-Runner Thru 1997"...i'm assuming that it's just a typo and means 99-02?

 

well you dont have to use the remote can rewire it do use a switch

 

Send an email to them and tell them what you need. They've been very helpful to me in the past and can source just about anything Hella.

got it...it was just kind of ambiguous...searched a little more on their site and it was the right kind...thanks for the help y'all, i really appreciate it
