2 door 4 Runner parts compatability?

As you may know I now have a 1990 2door runner. I was wondering if the doors from the same year pickup (standard cab) would fit it? I only ask this because after I took the door pannel off of the passanger side to fix the handle, I found that there was a poor repair job done on the bottom of the door. (and I know where there is a pair of mint doors, hood, fenders, bumper and valance - not that I need all of these) Any one ever swap the doors from these two trucks? I measured the door in two places...

1. Top of body line above the door handle 44 1/8"
2. Top of lower body line middle of door 44 9/16"

Thanks for any help...

I know the 4 door ones wont fit because they are shorter and by the top back of the door is square on the runner, and rounded on the truck. Check that part of the door and that will be a first step. According to the interchange at the wrecking yard, yes the truck door fits the 2 door runner.

Quarters will come in the spring, same as rockers. But I can get the doors for $15 complete, that's why I asked (before they crush) Thanks for the response
