92 4runner wont start in freezing weather help!!

i have a 92 4runner with the stock 3.0l here in Portland we have had below freezing temps if my truck sits outside over night the next day it will not start it has happened like three times now the first day i found another way to work and came home saw i had a quarter tank of gas and so i went and picked up 5 gallons and some heet water eater and fuel injector cleaner put in all in and started cranking the engine and nothing just turning over will not fire i have dual battery's killed both of them trying to start it and jumped it after about an hour it finally spuddered and fired. so i thought i just had moisture in the tank that froze next day i went out to start it and nothing it was on the weekend and so i just let it sit until it warmed up above 35 and it fired right up so this morning the same thing happened so i ran a hose from the garage hot water and let it sit on the fuel tank and after about 15 mins tried starting it and it fired right up i am thinking it might be a problem with the fuel pump going out any idea's ? has anyone had this problem with a Toyota before?

You can carefully crack the cold start injector line bolt and at least check for fuel pressure... might give you a clue at least.
