Yet another will 35s fit specs inside

I have a 90 4runner with BJ spacers,OME T-bars & 2in lift springs in the back, also a WabFab 1in body lift & 33x12.50 BFG ATs on 15x8 wheels with 3.5 bs
I have a set of 15x10 wheels with 4in bs that i'm going to use
I really want a set of "35"x12.50s I have been looking at several different tires & have found almost an inch difference in "35s"
Diameter Section with
Dunlop Mud Rover 34.1 13.2
Maxxis Bighorns 34.7 12.5
Maxxis Buckshot 34.6 13.1
Kumho 834 Mud 34.5 10
Mastercraft MT 34.85 12.87
BFG MT 34.8 12.5

I can do .5in more of body lift & am ready to trim the fenders & remold my Bushwacker fender flares, flatten out the pinch weld , massage the fender wells with a hammer or even do alittle cutting.
Am I missing something in thinking that I can get 35s with below 4" of lift?

What gear ratio are you running in your differentials?

Cranked T-bars?

Oh and I noticed the same thing on the Kumho's - a 12.5 that's actually 10" wide?

I have 4.88s with an LSD in the rear & it sits level so the T-bars are cranked to .5 for a total of 2 ins of lift in the front.

If gonzo can do it with a a 2 inch BL and a bit of trimming I don't see why you can't ...

Forget magic tire size web site measurements.

The 10" wheel will be crappy for fit at that height.

Get in the 4" BS range.

At that height, if you wheel, you are going to rub. We are not talking about trimming, we are talking about cutting some crap OUT!

If your bars are cranked and the suspension doesn't really compress, you might be able to drive down the road.

If the suspension moves, we are talking fire wall and holes.

Yeah the firewall in the fender well I have no prob cutting & having it welded & I have even thought about cutting it & fiberglassing the cutout because I can do that my self
& yes my suspenion does move so that is a problem I will have to deal with if I go 35s

that seems like a lot of work to cut man, probably easier just to lift it a little more, look better and you get more go before show!

On my 91 I have cranked T bars a 2in BL and I'm sitting on 35's. I didn't have to cut into the floorboards but I did do some persuasion with a BFH, I have no rub with full compression from wheel lock to wheel lock.
