91 Toyota 22re will not start

About a week ago, my truck was broken in to and they stole my deck . That?s when the problems started popping up. I lost all instrument lights including ac/heat panel lights. I went to the parts store and put in new fuses. I replaced all fuses with the correct ones now my truck will not start. I can here the starter it just will not fire up. One more thing the engine fuse in the fuse box under the dash as no power going to it.

Yeah I taped up all the wires, should the check engine light come on when you turn the key to the on position. Are there more than two fuse boxes on a 91 22re?

The EFI fuse is good, is there a way check if the EFI Main Relay is bad?

you need two people to check the EFI relay, have someone turn the key, (not on) and put your ear next to the efi relay you should hear a click sound when the key is turned. I had this same damn problem, thinking it was the efi relay or fusing. Ended up being the coil wiring. Check the wiring from the coil to the distributer, even check spark plug wiring. My problem was the plug that connects the two(coil and distributer).

It's not the coil wiring I get a good spark from the plugs.
