any retro gamers out there

I've played almost all the old systems.
I'm not a retro lover. They were fun games in their time, most of them are not fun games now. With some exceptions of course.
The new stuff is absolutely without a doubt better, as it should be. I hate it when someone tries to argue why NES is better than PS3. IT'S NOT!

I was digging through some boxes the other nite and I came across over 50 Atari 2600 games! So, I had to run out and get the system today. It was only $40.
I still have my NES that I play regularly. I actually find myself playing the NES more than I do my PS2.
Ya can't go wrong with games like Mario Bros. and Contra

I honestly don't think a lawsuit will be had. I mean, Sony isn't marketing the emulators. They are just readily available from the hands of homebrewers. Now, if they wanted a lawsuit... there would be millions upon millions of people to crack down on, and I just don't see that happening.

Lessee my first system was an Atari 2600, then the upgrade to the commador 64, then the NES, then a SEGA, Playstation, N64, and now I use my PC. I may eventually get a system, I spend any extra $$$ on my rig.

I'm only 22. Basically until last year, the only video game system I'd ever owned was an NES. That thing was sweet... till I left it on overnight a few too many times and let the smoke out of it... I've got another one kicking around now, and I've been contemplating gutting it and sticking in an older computer, stack it up with ROMS, and relive the memories. It can be done for fairly cheap now. The only hard part is finding components small enough to fit in the NES. There was a great website, but I've long since forgotten it...

Oh yeah!!! Goldeneye was one of the best games on the N64. Definitely in my top 3... as number 1! I did like Diddy Kong Racing and the StarWars game that launched with the system... The N64 was a very awesome system.
