A340H (AUTO) using Dexron III

Quick question,

Anyone with the auto A340H using Dexron III instead of the Dexron II it recommend? Any problem at all? and the good vs. the Dexron II.

I use Dexron III in my auto. Shouldn't be any problems. It is backwards compatible with II. I don't think you can even get Dextron II anymore.

yeah, dextron III is better that dextron II, they dont make II anymore but III is just fine to run

I used Mobil 1 ATF in mine.

Redline oil offer Dexron II which I use it and last time it was low and went on to buy a quart of toyota ATF and now it is acting weird so I am planning to change the fluid which thinking of using Dex. III, but thanks I'll try Dex. III..

I called the dealer on that same issue at the parts store when I couldn't find DextronII. They said it made no difference. Dextron4 was fine too If I recall correctly.
