Can swap

I have a 1999 4runner with a totaled cab that was in a slow rollover, frame is fine from what I can tell. It has an automatic driveline and 4x4 transfer case with a factory e-locker. I have an opportunity to buy a 1998 4Runner cab with a MANUAL transmission and transfer case. I’m wondering if the opening in the cab will fit fine with my automatic driveline set up or will have to be modified? The seller is keeping his manual transfer case and tranny, btw. Or can I plug MY tranny and transfer case into his frame with or without modification?

From this set up:

I’m thinking measure the width and length of the auto set up to see if I have to cut to fit the shifters into the manual cab opening……

The only thing I can offer is that I had two 1986 Xtra Cab trucks. One was manual trans, 4WD and the other was an auto trans 2WD. The trans tunnel was definitely different as far as the shifter hole. I don't remember if the rest of the tunnel was the same. I also don't know if the 2WD cab has provisions for the clutch and brake pedal bracket and things like that. Just stuff you need to be ready for so don't get rid of anything until you're done with your swap.

Yeah, he’s keeping his manual shifters and transfer case and manual tranny. I already have an engine, automatic transfer case and automatic tranny, just worried about fitment….thanks for your insight…..
