I am a little confused as to when the dinner date has been set. I am busy until the thur. the 21st so wheeling is out but dinner can be done anytime if it is local. Beaujos Pizza on Colorado is a good spot with plenty of parking and a nice family atmosphere not to mention good Pizza. I can bring my fiance as well if dinner is close by.

Yes, dinner on Monday the 18th. Pick a place!

Trails on Saturday and Sunday (23-24). I will have to shorten the trail list then, or actually, make some closer to Denver to get more in. No problem at all. There are some others that I've been wanting to do anyway. I will post more specifics early next week as for trail selection.

I'll let you guys pick the place to eat, I only know of food places here in Aurora, and I wouldn't want to make you all come here if you are all going to be located closer to somewhere else.

Let me throw out a suggestion. Rockbottom Brewery. Good food, good family atmosphere. Did I mention the great burgers! I want to hear what others have in mind. BTW, anyone know of a good local BBQ place?

Post Mini-Jam Dinner/Trail Suggestions

Hello all,
Hope nobody minds but I thought I would shoot out a couple of suggestions for a possible dinner spot & a possible trail close to Denver. My wife thought maybe we could go to Dave & Busters for dinner, They should have a menu to please everyones tastes in food and also give everyone some extra fun before or after dinner. The trail I was thinking of is the SLAUGHTERHOUSE GULCH TRAIL near Conifer, Colorado. Please let me know what everyone thinks of my suggestions?? I am including a couple of links below for Dinner/Trail.

Thanks,
Scott(Scooter)

Thumbs up Ric/everyone

Ric/everyone,
I will be more than happy to help with pics/video. It is always nice to have some memories to look back on. I will also be taking a lot of pics/video since I don't have any pics/video of my pickup. I have only had my truck for a little over a year and have not taken it wheelin' hardly at all. It will be nice to do some trails with everyone and see all the different rigs, even though my truck has hardly no mods at all it should do OK and it will be nice just to get out and get some fresh mountain air.

Later,
Scott(Scooter)

Dave and Busters is cool with me. You guys just have to be my "guardians" I have never actually eaten there, but have done the arcade 3 or 4 times. So I'll put a vote that way.

re

im guessing it would be the one at I-25 & Colorado Blvd. ? IF thats ok with everyone else ???? AND, what do you all think (if we do it at Dave & Busters) about contacting them for a special event ? i was looking on there website www.daveandbusters.com they can do something, which i have no idea what it is, for groups of 10 or more,, ARE we going to have 10 people ? maybe its a discount on the food ?? IT WAS JUST A THOUGHT,,,, and this probley would be to short of a notice for them anyways,,,, ill just be happy to meet you guys, let me know what ya all think.

Probably something like 7 o clock would be good. This way traffic will have died down big time, but light will still be out and you can find your way there no problem.

Thumbs up

Hey all,
7 o'clock sounds good to me but anytime after that would also work if needed. I am open to eat anywhere but only suggested Dave & Busters(I-25 & Colorado Blvd. ) since it could probably accomodate us if we end up having a big group, they also have a large parking lot if we want to check everybodys rig out and it is somewhat centrally located in Denver and easy to find from I-25. I agree with Ric that no matter where we end up going to eat that we should try and get a close count of how many people we are going to have and contact them so we can try and get a group type thing/reservation set up so maybe we can all sit together. I think if we decide today or tommorrow where/time we want to go we should be OK with getting some type of reservation. I hope everyone doesn't mind but I think I will try and start a dinner head count total with (2) for my wife and myself. If everyone doesn't mind just add the amount of people you are going to have so we can get somewhat of a total. My wife & I are really looking forward to meeting everyone and checking out the rigs .

Later,
Scott(Scooter)
