2nd gen rear spoiler or wing & swing away spare tire holder

Can anyone tell or post a picture of the original mounting point of the rear spoiler. I just finished the install and matched the bracket contour to the roof and looked at a lot of pictures. I have a neighbor with a 3rd gen and its the spoiler is much lower.
2nd, who knows what should connect to the small tang on lower hinge? There is also 2 holes above and below the pivot point but only on the lower mount. I have no idea what these are for. I can assume some type of small cable to prevent the assembly from over extending.

Thanks guys

Spoiler/Wind deflector looks about right and yes they are higher on 2nd Gens. The small tab on the Swing out tire carrier is for the harness clip for your License Plate light wiring. Pis aren't great but all I've got handy right now, and yes I modded my swing out for for release.
