I played RTCW online for quite a while-still a good game really. I played ET for a while too. Its a nice game especially since its free. I really loved playing the ET map where the allies were trying to destroy the two radar stations and you could crawl through the grass.

I haven't played either since the cheating became so bad. I wish they would release another Wolfenstein. My computer would be too old to handle it though.

I remember dl'ng a couple years ago, after I saw this post I looked and still have ET and RTCW on the computer. I think I may have to play it again.

RE: cheating... I notice some servers now have that anti-cheating software enabled. I'm kinda disappointed though. I thought it was an actual offline game included, not just an online one.

It was supposed to include an offline version, but it didn't because they saw it wasn't gonna turn out well so they just did a "pro bono" type of thing. A lot of people liked the game and will buy the next installment of RTCW because of it (so excited!).

Personally, I have played RTCW:ET for the longest time. I have been a pro gamer in all kinds of leagues, a league admin and a professional server host. It's a very fun game and a very addicting one at that. Then...more people started to cheat and the community began to fall apart. Now, cheating is much harder with the newest ETPro (don't even play that game without that mod) but the community is dead already and I don't play it naymore because I don't want to get addicted again...it hurt me a lot. I will eventually install it again just to play it for fun. Badass game. Plus it's so much fun when you can kill everyone, with 120:2 ratios kill/death! I am such a bragger
