Computer help, reformatting/virus related

Sup?

I'm trying to reformat my Dell. I got infected somehow and the performance has just gone downhill. Internet, processing applications....can't even run Unreal Tournament 99 because its so slow. My CD burner will only burn at 4x instead of 48x now.....I know one of the bugs I have is DrWatson. I don't know if it is DrWatson Post Mordem DeBugger but I know that's in there..and also, some program called lockx.exe in I think my system folder. I try and find it even with hidden items showing and its not there.

I had/have run SpyBot search and destroy. The first time it found alot of stuff...keylogger, etc...

So I have a copy of windows corporate XP with service pack 2 integrated. I put the cd in and try to install. It says the version on the cd is older than the version on my computer and tells me some more. Well I know this because of updates and all that. So I try to click continue but the button is greyed.

Help!!!!

Wipe the hard drive before starting the new install.
